A beautiful day for a walk in the park.  - Tuesday July 31, 2018.

Swan Lake Village area, Markham, Ontario.

July marks the start of the Cygnets journey from cute downy babies to juvenile Mute Swans. This journey will take a few months of rapid growth of their feet, bodies, wings and feathers. July also marks the completion of two Butterfly Way Gardens in the north west part of the village. Motivated in part by the new gardens we are also experimenting more on close up (macro) pictures of Butterflies, insects and flowers. Hopefully we will have some beautiful pictures for the next newsletter.
